Ten years ago, Brian began his real estate career in foreclosure law, working with distressed homeowners in Payoff and Reinstatement claims. After two years he moved into mortgage finance, and after working for several prestigious companies in Chicago finally found his long-term home at American Street Mortgage Company.
“Representing the banks not the borrowers is what urged me to leave foreclosure law and start down a path that would position me to work for the individual’s needs, be them buying a home, restructuring their current financial situation, or obtaining financing on investments to create additional cash flow.”
Brian cites his mother, a successful small business owner working in music education, as a pivotal influence in his business acumen and ethics. Besides doing various volunteer work, he and his sister both assist their mother in operations and marketing of her Chicago area schools.
Fiercely dedicated to customer satisfaction, Brian has received personal and professional accolades from borrowers and lenders alike. Committed to making the process of mortgage financing simple and rewarding, he strives for transparency in his role as mediator between clients from all walks of life and the account managers, underwriters, and real estate agents that compliment their ambitions.
